I work independently and assemble project-specific expertise when a mandate requires legal, financial, technical, compliance or sector knowledge. My role is to connect the strategic, institutional and operational dimensions of an initiative—and make sure they lead to action.

My background spans economics, private-sector consulting, international institutions and the leadership of complex operations in Ukraine. I have worked across strategy, governance, stakeholder coordination and programme execution in high-pressure environments.
