Focused consultations and desk briefs on conflict, displacement, protection concerns and institutional context. Identify affected groups, material evidence gaps and questions for further inquiry.

Stakeholder and community-evidence mapping

Map relevant institutions, affected groups and community structures using an agreed evidence base. Inform research design, engagement planning and the specialist inputs a wider assessment requires.

Assessment research and evidence review

Desk research, assessment-tool review and analytical inputs for teams addressing social-impact and human-rights questions. Connect findings with practical recommendations, clear assumptions and priorities for follow-up.

These contributions can inform social-impact and human-rights due-diligence work. Where a project involves permitting or lender requirements, the lead advisory team defines the applicable framework, including IFC Performance Standards where relevant.

I work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary advisory team. My contribution is defined around the question, evidence and deliverable, with methods, access and review responsibilities agreed before work begins.

Make sources, assumptions and evidence gaps explicit. Distinguish desk research from findings that require interviews, field access or specialist verification.

Handle confidentiality, affected-community information and potential conflicts explicitly. Agree the appropriate oversight for the wider mandate.

Background

My background spans economics, private-sector and audit experience, international institutions and senior humanitarian leadership. It combines analytical work with responsibility for assessment methods, programme quality, partners and institutional coordination.

INTERSOS · Country Protection Coordinator

Ukraine, August 2024–September 2026. Senior Management Team member with country-level responsibility for protection and gender-based violence strategy, programme quality and technical development. Designed and supervised household and gender-based violence assessments, analysed trends and translated findings into operational guidance.

UNHCR · Community-Based Protection Associate

Italy, August 2022–June 2023. Led profiling concerning Ukrainian refugees and presented findings to ministries and regional authorities. Worked on community outreach, feedback and referral mechanisms, and partner capacity assessments.
